About Neica

Neica is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and brings several years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. 

Neica has a particular experience in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Her educational background includes specialized studies in forensic psychology and clinical work related to Complex PTSD, providing her with a strong understanding of the lasting impacts of trauma and adversity.

Drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Neica tailors treatment to the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each client. She believes that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
